Hi Site Leaders!
Since we didn't get as much time to discuss reflection facilitation I wanted to explain the blue handout 'Reflection Plan for ASB 2011'. The goal of this handout is for you and your co-site leader to critically think about which reflections you will use throughout the week.
Attached is a completed handout for an idea of what activities would be beneficial to your ASB group.
Please take a look at it as we will be discussing it in further depth this upcoming Tuesday! Most of the activities have instructions in your
handy Site Leader Handbook, but there are some additional instructions on the second page of the attachment.
Have a wonderful weekend!!
Keith

- why?
Now what?:
- contextual-- seeing this situation's place in the big picture
- applying lessons learned/insights gained to new situations
- setting future goals, creating an action plan
"Gotcha"
The facilitator or participant starts to tell the story of the day. When the speaker omits a detail, someone else in the group says "gotcha" and continues. There are no "right" or "wrong" answers, rather it is a way to promote sharing of details and feelings, and to point out differences in experiences and interpretations.
